Delivery Area
We currently deliver across Delhi NCR including New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us directly.
Delivery Timeline
- In-stock items: 3-7 business days
- Made-to-order / Custom furniture: 2-4 weeks depending on complexity
- You'll receive a confirmation call before delivery with exact timing
Delivery Charges
Delivery and assembly charges vary based on distance, product size, and location. Please contact our showroom to get an exact delivery quote for your order.
Assembly
Our team handles professional assembly at your location. This includes unpacking, setup, and removal of packaging materials.
Inspection
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. Report any damage or defects to our delivery team immediately. We will arrange for repair or replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
- Standard items: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition
- Custom/made-to-order items: Not eligible for return as they are built to your specifications
- Exchange is available for any manufacturing defects within 30 days
Warranty
Warranty terms vary by product. Structural warranties typically range from 1-5 years. Fabric and upholstery are covered for manufacturing defects for 6 months. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or environmental damage.
